1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the CentralCommand platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

CentralCommand provides a cloud-based business management platform that includes invoicing, project management, client portals, field service scheduling, team management, and related tools for service professionals and businesses.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create through the Service ("Your Data"). You grant CentralCommand a limited license to process, store, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of Your Data. While we take reasonable measures to protect and back up data on our systems, we are not liable for any loss or corruption of Your Data.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will be converted to a paid plan or downgraded to a free tier, depending on the plan you select. We will not charge you without your explicit consent.

8. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by CentralCommand and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CentralCommand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CentralCommand, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
